I need lightweight, durable, and inexpensive trainers for running. I’ve been using an old pair of Nike Shox (they must be like 6 years old) and they are starting to feel too bulky and unnecessary. Advice on shoes? Where to buy them?

I wear Nike Training: Flexr's. They're excellent running shoes, light weight with a flexible sole. The sides are mesh so your feet don't sweat, and as you probably know, less sweat means less chafing. I highly recommend them. If you'd like, I can post a picture on my blog. They were about $50 a few months ago, I'm not sure what you constitute as cheap heehee. Better than $150.
